PREPARED FOR YOUR BUSINESS01 /
AUDIENCE RESEARCH MEETS MARKETING PERFORMANCE

01 / START WITH YOUR AUDIENCE

Your customers don’t make
all their decisions in one place.

They might discover you on social, read a review, ask AI for advice and then search for your brand.

DISCOVER

Where do they first come across you?

Social feeds, videos, creators, publishers and advertising.

CONSIDER

Where do they decide whether you’re right for them?

Search, AI answers, reviews, comparison sites and communities.

CHOOSE

What gives them the confidence to buy?

Your offer, your website, trusted recommendations and other customers’ experiences.

We look at which of these environments matter to your audience.↓

02 / LOOK BEYOND BEING ON A PLATFORM

Being there doesn’t always mean
your brand is being considered.

OmniVisibility is about showing up in the places that influence your customers, with a reason to choose you.

01

Are the right people seeing you?

We compare where your audience spends time with where your brand is active.

02

Do they understand why to choose you?

We look at whether your ads, content and profiles reflect what matters to them.

03

Are other sources recommending you?

We check how your brand appears in reviews, publisher content and relevant AI answers.

ABOUT THE ASSESSMENT

Scope, scoring and case study notes.

What OmniVisibility means here

The assessment considers how your brand is present, represented and recommended in the online environments that matter to an agreed target audience. It combines audience research, observable brand presence and available performance data. It does not assume every brand needs every channel.

Examples of discovery, consideration and purchase environments are illustrative. The channels that matter to your audience are established during the assessment, not assumed from the examples in this deck.

How we assess your brand

We agree the brand, priority audience, geography, competitors and channel scope upfront. Evidence can include existing audience research, available audience and market data, advertising and analytics reports, ad and content reviews, publisher and review coverage, and a defined sample of relevant AI queries. Data access and any paid research requirements are agreed before work begins. New primary research and unlimited platform coverage are not included by default.

AI responses and platform visibility vary by query, time and user context. A defined sample is a diagnostic view, not a complete measure of every person’s exposure. We distinguish direct evidence from inference, and visibility from attributable revenue. Attribution is limited by the data available.

The proposed OmniVisibility rating

Five areas are assessed: audience fit, channel presence, brand representation, recommendation signals and performance evidence. Each contributes up to 20 points, using four evidence-led checks scored 0–5. The measures are agreed against the audience and channel scope before scoring. The total is a Planit assessment framework, not a platform score or an estimate of market share.

Checks cover: audience fit (defined segments, research relevance, channel evidence, choice drivers); presence (priority-environment coverage, discoverability, consistency, continuity); representation (message clarity, audience relevance, creative fit, destination consistency); recommendations (review presence, review themes, relevant third-party coverage, sampled AI mentions); performance (reach evidence, engagement quality, enquiry/sales evidence, measurement reliability). Unsupported or unavailable evidence is marked “not established”, not zero. A provisional score identifies evidence gaps; a final rating requires sufficient evidence across the agreed scope.

The 62/100 report and its suggested action are illustrative and are not findings about your business. The rating is designed to support priorities; it does not predict ROI.

D&G case study

The figures in this deck were supplied by Planit for this presentation: 10× growth over four years, expansion from two to ten marketing channels, and positive ROI throughout while adopting the OmniVisible approach. The growth metric, exact dates, channel list, ROI formula and treatment of fees were not provided. Accordingly, “growth” has not been relabelled as revenue, customers, profit or any other specific measure.

These are Planit-reported results, not independently validated here. The figures describe the supplied four-year case; they do not establish that channel expansion alone caused the growth. The case is not a forecast or guarantee for another business. Supporting figures and definitions should accompany any detailed case study discussion.

The £1,250 report fee

The offer covers an agreed-scope assessment, a report and a walkthrough of the recommendations. Scope and delivery date are confirmed before starting. Implementation, campaign management, media spend and any additional research are separately agreed.
